After-sales Service Policy and Procedures for Portable Power Source

 

I.Product Warranty Period
    The complete set is under warranty for two years and the battery pack for five years since the day of purchase.


II.After-sales Service Policy
    We strictly abide by the Law on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Consumers, the Product Quality Law and Regulations on Repair, Replacement and Return of Partial Products formulated by the State.


(I)After-sales Policy for Replacement or Return of Products
    1)The product with performance breakdown will be returned, replaced or repaired for users free of charge within 7 days since the day when it is sold (subject to the invoice date);
    2)The product with performance breakdown will be replaced or repaired for users free of charge within 15 days since the day when it is sold (subject to the invoice date);
    3)The product with performance breakdown will be replaced for users free of charge when it fails to reach the normal usage requirements upon maintenance within 30 days since the day when it is sold (subject to the invoice date);
    4)Within the “three-warranty” period, the product will be replaced with the counterpart of the same model and specification for consumers free of charge in case the product is not repaired within 90 days after sent for maintenance or the Company does not have maintenance conditions in the local region due to the failure of the Company to provide spare parts;
    5)Consumers may have the product replaced with the counterpart of the same model and specification with the maintenance record and certificate where it cannot be normally used after two consecutive repairs during the “three-warranty” period.


(II)Instructions for Replacement or Return of Products
    1)Products shall remain brand-new and intact with original quality and appearance;
    2)Products shall have complete package without any damage, deformation or dismantlement of the original package and anti-damage tags;
    3)Products shall have all the auxiliary materials (such as product label, package, nameplate, three-guarantee card, specification, invoice, gift and parts);
    4)The “counterpart of the same model and specification” mentioned in the Item 4 and 5 of after-sales policy for replacement or return of products is not necessarily a brand-new product.


(III)Warranty Certificate
    1)In case of any malfunction of CNTE products during the warranty period, users may be entitled to the warranty service with the bar code on the machine and valid purchase certificate; in the absence of valid purchase certificate, the warranty period will be three months starting from the date of manufacture on the product bar code;
    2)Users will not be entitled to the warranty service beyond the warranty period. However, they can enjoy the maintenance service as per the charging standards of CNTE Power or the local region or those agreed through consultation with users.


(IV)Warranty Scope
    1)Quality problems arising from defective production as identified by CNTE service providers;
    2)Damages arising from following reasons do not fall into the warranty scope. However, the maintenance service may be provided as per the charging standards of CNTE or the local region or those agreed through consultation with users;
    ①Failure to present the three-warranty certificate;
    ②The model specified in the three-warranty certificate (including invoice) is inconsistent with that of the product to be repaired or the model has been altered;
    ③Losses arising from improper usage, maintenance or custody by consumers;
    ④Damages caused by self-maintenance or maintenance by the repairer not liable for three-warranty without the permission of the Company;
    ⑤Beyond the three-warranty period;
    ⑥Damages arising from force majeure;
    ⑦Damages caused by the disassembly by others than CNTE service providers.
